# Mars Part Eight: The Failed Agreements with Martian Beings

Human governments have not been content simply to watch Mars from afar. Once they realized there were still presences beneath the surface, attempts were made to establish communication—quietly, covertly, through methods both technological and psychic. These efforts were never acknowledged, but they happened.

**1\. The First Probes**  
In the 1970s and 80s, when instruments first detected anomalous methane spikes and seismic disturbances inconsistent with geology, black programs began to wonder if life—*intelligent* life—still moved underground. Remote viewers, those trained to project consciousness, were sent. Their reports were startling: they described tall, gaunt beings, and vaults humming with energy. - **Interference:** The Anurii, the threshold keepers, blocked deeper contact. They prevented agreements that would lead to misuse. Classified documents describe “interference by light-phenomena” whenever progress was attempted.

**6\. The Closest Attempt at Accord**  
In one covert session, a psychic reported a direct message: *“When you come in truth, not in shadow, then we speak.”* That was the closest humanity has ever come to agreement. But governments will not move in truth—they move in cover, in control. And so the doors remained closed.

**7\. The Present Situation**  
Today, governments know they cannot simply descend into the Martian chambers. They know any attempt to breach vaults directly will result in systems failing, instruments going dark. They know negotiations failed, because they did not come as equals—they came as takers.

The beings beneath Mars have not vanished. They are waiting. But they will not answer governments who cloak their intent. They will only open to those who come in balance, in openness, in truth. That is why agreements have failed, and why disclosure has been slowed—because the keepers of Mars will not allow shadow to seize what is not theirs.
