# Mars Part Seven: The Beings Still Beneath Mars

Governments speak of Mars as sterile, lifeless, a planet of dust and ice. But their own instruments tell them otherwise. Signals, anomalies, and faint biological markers confirm this truth: Mars is not empty. There are beings still moving beneath its surface.

**1\. The Subterranean Dwellers**  
In the aquifers and subsurface chambers, there remain microbial colonies that never died out. But alongside these, more complex life persists—small, bioluminescent organisms adapted to near-darkness.
