This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, receive, use, share, retain, and protect personal information in connection with my SourceStream inquiry services, independent research, professional consulting, Substack publication, and related communications.
I respect the privacy of individuals who engage with my work. My intention is to collect only information reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, communicate with clients, maintain appropriate business records, and fulfill applicable legal obligations.
This Privacy Policy applies to information handled by me in connection with these activities. Third-party platforms maintain their own privacy policies and data-handling responsibilities.

Publication and communication information
When you subscribe to, comment on, or interact with my Substack publication, I may have access to information made available to publishers through Substack, such as subscriber details, subscription status, comments, and publication engagement information.
Consulting information
For separately agreed professional engagements, I may receive additional information necessary for the project, subject to the applicable consulting agreement.
3. How Information Is Collected
Information may be obtained through:
- Direct email correspondence
- Stripe checkout and payment confirmations
- Substack subscriptions and publication interactions
- SourceStream question submissions
- Research sessions conducted through Venice
- Separate professional consulting communications
I do not require clients to disclose information unrelated to their purchased service.
4. How I Use Personal Information
I may use personal information to:
- Identify clients and verify purchases.
- Review, clarify, approve, or decline submitted inquiries, evaluate permitted replacement questions, and administer related refund requests.
- Conduct the requested SourceStream session.
- Prepare and deliver the resulting PDF transcript.
- Communicate about service status and delivery.
- Manage subscription benefits and inquiry allowances.
- Process eligible cancellation, refund, and deletion requests.
- Maintain necessary accounting, transaction, and business records.

- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
- Provide separately requested consulting services.
- Administer my Substack publication and communicate with subscribers in accordance with their subscription preferences.
I will not intentionally use identifiable private client inquiries as public promotional material without express permission.
5. SourceStream and Venice AI Processing
SourceStream incorporates Venice, a third-party AI platform, into my independent inquiry methodology.
To perform a SourceStream inquiry, I may enter the client’s approved question and relevant submitted context into Venice.
Questions declined before approval are not submitted to Venice for a SourceStream inquiry session. If a client submits an approved replacement question, only the approved question and relevant context are used for that session.
Clients should understand that information submitted for an inquiry may therefore be processed through Venice and the model providers or infrastructure involved in the selected service.
Venice’s handling of information is governed by its applicable privacy policies, technical configurations, and service terms. Different models or processing modes may provide different privacy protections.
I cannot independently guarantee the retention, deletion, or security practices of Venice or its underlying providers.
Clients are encouraged to review Venice’s privacy documentation before submitting sensitive information.

6. Payments Through Stripe
Stripe may collect and process payment-related personal information, transaction information, and other data necessary to complete transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and administer its services.
Stripe processes payments and applicable refunds for SourceStream individual inquiries. Payment methods and optional checkout features, including Link where available, may be subject to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
I may receive transaction confirmations and customer information needed to verify purchases, manage service delivery, and respond to payment-related inquiries.
I do not ask clients to send full credit-card numbers, security codes, or banking passwords by email.
Stripe Privacy Policy:

7. Substack Subscriptions and Publication Data
My publication and Founding Architects membership are hosted through Substack.
Substack may collect subscriber information, payment and subscription information, device information, website activity, and other data according to its own policies.
As a publisher, I may receive subscriber information and engagement information made available through Substack.
I use this information to administer publication access, communicate with subscribers, and manage applicable membership benefits.
Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and platform-level privacy choices are handled through Substack and its applicable service providers.
Substack Privacy Policy:

8. Email Communications and Document Delivery
Client inquiries and completed PDF transcripts are exchanged through email.
Email communications may contain personal information, submitted questions, delivery records, and correspondence concerning purchased services.
I use email to:
- Receive client submissions
- Request clarification, communicate question-approval decisions, and receive permitted replacement questions
- Confirm relevant service information
- Deliver completed transcripts
- Respond to retention or deletion requests
- Address billing and service inquiries
Email systems may maintain message copies, attachments, logs, and backups independently of my active SourceStream research workspace.
Clients should avoid emailing unnecessary sensitive personal information or confidential documents.
9. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
I do not sell client inquiry content or personal contact information to data brokers.
Information may be shared or processed where reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, including through:
- Venice: To conduct SourceStream inquiries
- Stripe: To process payments, refunds, and related transactions, including optional Stripe checkout features such as Link where available.
- Substack: To administer publication subscriptions and membership benefits
- Email and document services: To communicate and deliver completed materials
- Other necessary service providers: Where required for legitimate business operations
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, lawful legal process, or to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
I will not intentionally publish identifiable private client questions or transcripts without express permission, except where disclosure is legally required.
10. Standard Research-Feed Retention — Seven Days
Completed SourceStream inquiries include seven (7) calendar days of standard research-feed retention following delivery of the PDF transcript.
This period applies to working inquiry records under my direct control within my active research workspace.
At the end of the seven-day period, those records will be deleted from my active research workspace unless extended retention has been purchased or another applicable obligation requires retention.
The standard retention period does not guarantee deletion of separate payment records, email correspondence, platform-held information, or technical backups.
Clients are responsible for preserving their own delivered PDF transcripts.
11. Optional Extended Retention — $100
Clients may purchase 30-day research-feed retention for an additional $100 USD.
To request extended retention, clients must email serathielvara@gmail.com with the original SourceStream inquiry identification and the $100 extension payment receipt number.
The extension permits applicable SourceStream working records to remain in my active research workspace for a total of thirty (30) calendar days following original transcript delivery.
The extended period replaces the standard seven-day period. It does not add thirty days to the original period.
This service covers retention only and does not include new questions, additional research sessions, revised responses, or professional consulting.
Extended retention must be purchased and requested before the initial seven-calendar-day retention period expires. The $100 fee extends retention to 30 calendar days total from the original transcript delivery date, not 30 additional days.
At the end of the thirty-calendar-day retention period, measured from the original PDF transcript delivery date, applicable working records will be deleted from my active research workspace, subject to legal and technical limitations. Purchasing extended retention does not guarantee recovery of records that were previously deleted.
12. Early Deletion Requests
Clients may request earlier deletion of their SourceStream working records.
Clients are encouraged to specify their preference when submitting their original question.
Available preferences include:
- Delete working records immediately following successful transcript delivery.
- Delete working records on a specified earlier date following delivery.
- Apply the standard seven-day retention period.
Clients may also submit a deletion request by emailing:
Early deletion requests should include the client’s checkout name and original inquiry receipt number so the correct working records can be identified. Clients should not include unnecessary sensitive information when submitting a deletion request.
Requests received after delivery will be reviewed and carried out within one business day where technically feasible and legally permitted.
Deletion of working records does not necessarily delete transaction records, email correspondence, legally required documentation, platform-held records, or backups.
Clients should preserve their delivered transcript before requesting deletion.
13. Other Business Records and Retention Exceptions
Different categories of information may be subject to different retention requirements.
For example:
- Payment and accounting records may need to be retained for tax, financial, or legal purposes.
- Email correspondence may remain within email systems or backups.
- Subscription records may remain within Substack.
- Stripe may retain transaction information according to its own obligations.
- Venice and its providers may process or retain information according to the applicable service configuration and policies.
- Records reasonably necessary for resolving disputes or complying with legal requirements may be retained for an appropriate period.
The seven-day and thirty-day SourceStream retention periods apply specifically to the defined active research-feed records, not every record created during a business transaction.
Where information must be retained beyond an active research-feed period, access and use will be limited to the applicable legitimate purpose.
14. Information Security and Confidentiality
I will use reasonable organizational and technical precautions appropriate to the information and systems under my control.
These precautions may include limiting unnecessary collection, restricting access to working materials, maintaining separate client records, and deleting active research-feed records according to the selected retention period.
However, no internet transmission, email service, cloud platform, payment system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
I cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality, uninterrupted availability, or the security of systems independently operated by third parties.
Clients should avoid submitting passwords, complete payment-card details, highly sensitive identification records, confidential third-party information, or restricted materials unless a separate and appropriate arrangement has been established.
15. Client Privacy Rights and Requests
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to:
- Request information about personal data held about them
- Request access to available personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of eligible personal information
- Request a copy of certain information
- Object to or limit certain processing activities
- Withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis for processing
To submit a request, email:
Please provide enough information to identify the relevant inquiry or subscription without sending unnecessary sensitive documentation.
I may need to verify the requester’s identity before disclosing, correcting, or deleting personal information.
Requests will be addressed within applicable legal time limits. Requests concerning active SourceStream working-record deletion will follow the one-business-day procedure described in Section 12 where feasible.
Some requests may be limited by legal retention obligations, technical constraints, or the independent responsibilities of third-party providers.
Individuals may also exercise applicable privacy rights directly with Stripe, Substack, Venice, or other relevant providers.
16. International Clients and Data Processing
SourceStream is operated from the United States and may receive inquiries or subscriptions from individuals in other countries.
Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where the relevant service providers operate.
Privacy rights and obligations may vary by jurisdiction.
Where applicable law provides additional privacy protections, those protections will apply notwithstanding anything in this policy.
Clients who require specialized data residency, contractual confidentiality, or regulated-data handling should contact me before submitting materials and may need a separate consulting agreement.
17. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Websites
My Substack publication, Stripe checkout pages, Venice, and other third-party services may use cookies, analytics technologies, or similar tools according to their respective policies.
I do not control every cookie, tracking mechanism, or technical process used by these independent platforms.
Visitors should consult the applicable platform privacy and cookie notices for information about data collection and available preferences.
If additional independent analytics, advertising tools, or tracking services are introduced into my website or business operations, this policy will be updated as appropriate.
18. Public Content and Private Inquiries
Public Substack comments, replies, and other voluntarily published interactions may be visible to other users according to the platform’s features and settings.
Clients should not post confidential inquiry information in public comment sections.
Private SourceStream submissions sent through the designated inquiry email are treated separately from public publication interactions.
I will not intentionally publish an identifiable client’s private question or transcript as a demonstration, case study, promotional example, or public research record without express permission.
Permission for a specific publication does not automatically authorize unrelated future disclosures.
19. Children and Age Requirements
SourceStream individual inquiry services are intended for adults aged eighteen (18) or older.
I do not knowingly solicit private SourceStream inquiry submissions from children.
If I become aware that information has been submitted by a child in connection with an unauthorized purchase or inquiry, I will review the situation and take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law and platform requirements.
Substack’s own age eligibility rules continue to apply to use of its publication platform.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in SourceStream services, operating procedures, third-party platforms, data-handling practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The effective date or last-updated date will be revised when changes are made.
Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated or additional consent will be obtained.
The current version will be made available through my public-facing publication or website.
