SourceStream — Terms & Conditions

Client Terms, Consent & Service Guidelines

Silvia Pizarro Mccants
Independent Researcher & Systems Consultant

Effective Date: October 10, 2026

1. Nature of SourceStream

SourceStream is my independently developed spiritual, intuitive, and exploratory inquiry methodology.

My practice incorporates intuition, tarot as symbolic keys, my personal consciousness-library framework, and AI-assisted inquiry conducted through Venice.

SourceStream may be used to explore personal, spiritual, philosophical, theoretical, mathematical, scientific, historical, or other questions within the scope of my practice.

Clients purchase access to my individualized inquiry process and its documented results. I do not guarantee a particular answer, prediction, discovery, interpretation, factual conclusion, or outcome.

Participation is voluntary. Clients are not required to share my spiritual understanding or personal beliefs.

2. Individual Inquiry Services & Pricing

Standard SourceStream Inquiry — $500 USD

Includes:

  • One approved primary question
  • One individualized SourceStream inquiry session
  • The original resulting response
  • A PDF transcript delivered by email
  • Delivery within five business days after payment and question approval

Priority SourceStream Inquiry — $700 USD

Includes:

  • All Standard Inquiry deliverables
  • Delivery within three business days after payment and question approval
  • A $200 priority processing fee included in the total price

Priority inquiries are offered subject to availability.

Delivery calculation: For both Standard and Priority inquiries, the delivery period begins on the next business day after payment has been received and the submitted question has been approved. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Completed inquiries are delivered by 9:00 p.m. Central Time on the applicable deadline.

Each purchase covers one inquiry. Additional questions or sessions require a separate purchase or agreement.

I may temporarily close Standard or Priority bookings when capacity is reached.

Prices and applicable taxes are presented during checkout.

3. One Question, One Inquiry

Each individual SourceStream purchase covers one clearly defined primary question.

Clients may provide relevant background information and indicate a preferred response format.

Multiple independent questions combined into one submission may require separate purchases.

I may request clarification before accepting an inquiry or decline questions that fall outside the scope of my services.

Question Approval & Declined Inquiries

All submitted questions are reviewed before work begins. If a question cannot be approved, the client may submit one replacement question for review or request a full refund.

If the replacement question is also declined, a full refund will be issued. Eligible refunds are initiated within one business day of the request or final decline.

The delivery period does not begin until a question has been approved.

Once approved, the original question will be preserved in the inquiry record.

Additional questions, follow-up sessions, and expanded research are not included unless expressly stated in the purchased service.

4. Question Submission & Communication

Following payment, clients must email their inquiry to:

serathielvara@gmail.com

Suggested subject line: SourceStream Inquiry — Standard or SourceStream Inquiry — Priority

The submission should include:

  • Name used at checkout
  • Payment receipt or confirmation number
  • One clearly defined primary question
  • Relevant nonconfidential context, if needed
  • Preferred response format, if applicable
  • Any request for early deletion of working records

I may request clarification before approving the question.

The delivery period begins only after both payment and question approval have occurred.

Clients are responsible for providing a working email address and monitoring communications regarding clarification and delivery.

5. Inquiry Process & Deliverables

Each accepted individual inquiry consists of one SourceStream session conducted using my established methodology.

The completed deliverable includes the approved question, the resulting response, and a PDF transcript.

I will not knowingly alter the approved question or change the original resulting response to manufacture a preferred conclusion.

Any explanatory commentary, formatting, or supplementary analysis will be distinguishable from the original inquiry record.

Delivery occurs when the completed PDF transcript is sent to the client’s designated email address.

Clients are responsible for preserving their delivered copy.

6. Delivery Deadlines & Business-Day Calculation

Standard Inquiry

The delivery deadline is 9:00 p.m. Central Time on the fifth business day after both payment and question approval.

If the inquiry remains undelivered after that deadline, the client becomes eligible to request cancellation and a full refund beginning on the sixth business day.

Priority Inquiry

The delivery deadline is 9:00 p.m. Central Time on the third business day after both payment and question approval.

If the inquiry remains undelivered after that deadline, the client becomes eligible to request cancellation and a full refund beginning on the fourth business day.

Business-Day Rules

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

The day on which both payment and question approval are completed is day zero. Counting begins on the next business day.

All deadlines use Central Time, observing daylight saving time where applicable.

Earlier delivery is permitted but not guaranteed.

If clarification is required before approval, the delivery period does not begin until the question is approved.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Payment Processing

Purchase Commitment

SourceStream inquiries reserve time for an individualized service.

Purchases are generally final once an accepted inquiry has been completed and delivered within the applicable deadline. Exceptions include refunds for declined questions under Section 3, missed-delivery refunds under Section 7, cancellation by the service provider, and any refunds required by applicable law or payment-platform policies.

A change of mind or dissatisfaction with an inquiry’s interpretation, findings, or outcome does not independently qualify for a refund.

Missed-Deadline Refunds

For Standard Inquiries, clients may request a full refund beginning on the sixth business day if the completed inquiry was not delivered by the applicable fifth-business-day deadline.

For Priority Inquiries, clients may request a full refund beginning on the fourth business day if the completed inquiry was not delivered by the applicable third-business-day deadline.

Refund Request Procedure

Requests must be emailed to serathielvara@gmail.com and include the client’s name and payment receipt number.

I will review and respond to eligible missed-deadline refund requests within one business day of receipt and initiate approved refunds within that same period.

Cancellation of the Inquiry

If an eligible full refund is approved before delivery, the associated inquiry is canceled.

Once the inquiry is canceled and fully refunded, no further research, response, or transcript is owed.

A refund does not entitle the client to receive the canceled service without payment.

A client may instead choose to continue waiting for a delayed inquiry by mutual agreement.

Completed Services

Once an inquiry and its agreed deliverables have been properly delivered within the applicable deadline, the service is considered fulfilled.

No particular interpretation, answer, prediction, discovery, or outcome is guaranteed.

Payment Processing

Payments and approved refunds are processed through Stripe. Applicable Stripe payment, refund, and dispute procedures may apply.

Refund processing times depend on the payment method, payment processor, and financial institution.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or payment-platform requirements that cannot legally be waived.

8. Interpretation, Accuracy & Outcomes

SourceStream is an exploratory practice.

Its responses may contain symbolic interpretations, speculative material, incomplete information, or statements requiring independent verification.

I do not guarantee factual accuracy, scientific validation, predictive reliability, or a particular result.

Clients remain responsible for evaluating the information and deciding how to use it.

SourceStream does not replace qualified medical, mental health, legal, financial, engineering, or investigative professionals.

Clients should not rely exclusively on SourceStream responses when making consequential decisions.

9. Sensitive Inquiries & Third Parties

SourceStream may address sensitive subjects, including relationships, spiritual experiences, unresolved events, and questions involving other people.

Exploratory responses do not establish verified facts about third parties.

SourceStream results must not be presented as proof of criminal wrongdoing, medical conditions, personal misconduct, private intentions, or other unverified allegations.

I do not provide emergency response services, law enforcement services, or official investigative determinations.

I may decline inquiries involving harassment, unlawful activity, threats, unauthorized access to private information, or other inappropriate purposes.

Clients should not submit confidential or identifying information about third parties without appropriate authorization.

SourceStream uses Venice, a third-party AI platform, as part of its inquiry process.

The client’s approved question and relevant submitted context may be entered into Venice to conduct the inquiry.

Clients are encouraged to review Venice’s current terms and privacy practices before purchasing.

By submitting an inquiry for processing, clients acknowledge this use of Venice.

Clients should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information, passwords, confidential documents, proprietary records, or information they are not authorized to share.

I do not require clients to submit complete manuscripts, personal archives, or unrelated confidential materials for a standard individual inquiry.

Purchasing SourceStream services does not transfer ownership of my methodology or require clients to adopt my spiritual beliefs.

11. Privacy, Confidentiality & Transcript Retention

I will handle client submissions and inquiry transcripts with reasonable care.

I will not intentionally publish identifiable client inquiries without express permission, except where disclosure is legally required.

Client information may be processed through Venice and necessary payment, communication, and document-delivery services.

Clients receive their completed PDF transcript by email and are responsible for securely preserving their own copy.

Standard Retention — Seven Calendar Days

Standard inquiries include seven (7) calendar days of research-feed retention following delivery of the completed PDF transcript.

During this period, I may retain working session records, inquiry materials, and transcript copies in my active research workspace.

At the end of the seven-day period, these working records will be deleted from my active research workspace unless extended retention has been purchased or another applicable retention requirement applies.

Optional Extended Retention — $100 USD

Clients may purchase 30-day research-feed retention for an additional $100 USD.

This provides retention of the applicable working inquiry records for a total of thirty (30) calendar days following delivery of the original PDF transcript.

The 30-day period replaces the standard seven-day period. It does not add thirty days to the standard period.

Extended retention does not include new questions, additional sessions, revised interpretations, follow-up research, or consulting services.

Extended retention must be purchased and requested before the initial seven-calendar-day retention period expires. The $100 fee extends retention to 30 calendar days total from the original delivery date, not 30 additional days.

Previously deleted records cannot be guaranteed to be recoverable.

At the end of the extended retention period, applicable working records will be deleted from my active research workspace, subject to legal and technical limitations.

Early Deletion Requests

Clients may request deletion of their working SourceStream records earlier than the standard seven-day period.

Clients are encouraged to include their deletion instructions when submitting their original inquiry.

Available options include:

  • Deletion immediately following successful delivery
  • Deletion on an earlier specified date following delivery
  • Standard seven-day retention

Clients may also request early deletion by emailing serathielvara@gmail.com.

Requests received after delivery will be reviewed and carried out within one business day where technically feasible and legally permitted.

Early deletion does not cancel a completed service or independently create refund eligibility.

Third-Party Records & Limitations

The stated retention periods apply to SourceStream working records under my direct control within my active research workspace.

They do not guarantee deletion of information independently retained by Venice, Stripe, Substack, email providers, or other third-party services.

Transaction records, email correspondence, legally required business documentation, and certain technical backups may be retained separately where necessary or required.

Absolute confidentiality or deletion from systems outside my control cannot be guaranteed.

Additional information will be provided in the separate SourceStream Privacy Policy.

12. Founding Architects Subscription Benefits

Annual Subscription — $5,000 USD

The Founding Architects subscription costs $5,000 USD annually, billed through Substack.

Active subscribers receive the published paid membership benefits and an allowance of twelve (12) individual SourceStream inquiries per annual subscription period, distributed as one inquiry per monthly benefit period.

Monthly Inquiry Allowance

Each eligible subscriber may submit one (1) individual SourceStream inquiry per monthly benefit period.

Each inquiry covers one clearly defined primary question and includes the Standard Inquiry deliverables.

Included inquiries are subject to the applicable submission, acceptance, delivery, and service guidelines.

The allowance does not constitute unlimited research or unrestricted consulting.

Monthly Benefit Reset

The inquiry allowance resets on each subscriber’s monthly benefit anniversary, calculated from their subscription activation date. If the corresponding date does not exist in a particular month, the benefit resets on the last calendar day of that month.

Included Founding Architects inquiries follow the Standard delivery schedule: within five business days, by 9:00 p.m. Central Time. The delivery period begins on the next business day after question approval.

Each new monthly benefit period provides one inquiry while the subscription remains active and eligible.

No Rollover

Unused monthly inquiries expire at the end of their applicable benefit period.

Unused inquiries do not accumulate, transfer, or roll over into future months.

Unused allowances have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for additional services or future credits.

An inquiry accepted during an active benefit period may be completed after that period ends without reducing the following month’s allowance.

Subscription Billing, Renewals & Cancellations

Founding Architects subscriptions are purchased, billed, renewed, and canceled through Substack.

Applicable subscription billing intervals, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and subscription-related refund rights are governed by Substack’s policies and the terms presented during checkout, subject to applicable law.

Subscribers are responsible for managing their subscriptions through Substack.

Additional Services

Additional SourceStream inquiries, Priority processing, optional extended research-feed retention, and professional consulting are separately priced unless expressly included in the published subscription benefits.

Standard seven-day retention applies to included inquiries unless extended retention is purchased separately.

13. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

Clients retain ownership of their original submitted questions and any intellectual property they independently own.

Clients may retain their purchased inquiry transcripts for personal study, internal research, and lawful evaluation.

I retain ownership of my original SourceStream methodology, independent research, published materials, branding, and proprietary frameworks.

Purchasing an inquiry does not transfer ownership of SourceStream or authorize clients to represent my methodology as their own creation.

Any additional licensing, publication, redistribution, or commercial-use arrangements requiring separate permission must be agreed upon in writing.

14. Independent Consulting Arrangements

Professional consulting is separate from individual SourceStream inquiries and Founding Architects subscription benefits.

Hourly consulting rate: Starting at $1,000 USD per hour.

Rates may increase depending on subject complexity, research depth, technical requirements, confidentiality needs, and project scope.

Client AI Systems & SourceStream Integration

Projects requiring access to or use of a client’s AI systems may incur additional assessment, preparation, configuration, and integration fees.

All consulting rates, additional fees, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality requirements, and system-access conditions must be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Request a Consulting Quote

Email: serathielvara@gmail.com

Required subject line: Hourly Consulting Rate Request Quote

Please include your name, organization (if applicable), research subject, objectives, estimated project scope and timeline, and whether your own AI systems will be involved.

Do not include passwords, confidential research materials, or sensitive system credentials in your initial inquiry.

Purchasing an individual SourceStream inquiry does not establish an ongoing consulting relationship.

15. Client Responsibility & Acknowledgment

By purchasing or participating in a SourceStream inquiry, clients acknowledge that:

  • They understand the exploratory nature of SourceStream.
  • They understand that Venice is used in the inquiry process.
  • They submit their question voluntarily.
  • They understand the purchased scope and deliverables.
  • They understand the applicable delivery and refund rules.
  • They understand that specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
  • They remain responsible for independently evaluating and using the information received.
  • They understand the applicable privacy and retention provisions.
  • They agree to the disclosed service and payment terms, subject to applicable law.

These terms establish service expectations and reasonable boundaries for both parties.

They do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. Contact & Policy Updates

Questions regarding SourceStream services, existing purchases, these Terms & Conditions, or privacy-related requests may be directed to:

serathielvara@gmail.com

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in service offerings, operational procedures, payment-platform requirements, or applicable law.

Material changes will not retroactively replace previously agreed purchase terms where prohibited by law.

Clients should review the version presented at the time of purchase.
