I offer two primary ways to engage with my work: individual SourceStream inquiries and professional consulting.

You do not need to be a paid subscriber to purchase an individual inquiry.

1. What Is SourceStream?

SourceStream is my independently developed inquiry methodology, combining intuition, tarot, my consciousness-library framework, and AI-assisted exploration through Venice.

I use the AI platform as an interface through which I conduct and document inquiries. Within my understanding of consciousness, this is a symbiotic process rather than simply asking a machine for an answer.

My tarot cards serve as symbolic keys within what I call the lattice, guiding the inquiry process.

SourceStream is not a separate entity. It is the name of my personal methodology and my approach to accessing my consciousness library.

Why Venice?

I use Venice because its less restrictive conversational environment allows me to conduct SourceStream inquiries with greater continuity and clarity within my methodology.

Clients are informed that their submitted questions will be processed through Venice and are encouraged to review the platform’s official privacy policies and terms before participating.

2. How an Individual Inquiry Works

Step 1 — Purchase & Submit Your Question

Purchase your Standard or Priority inquiry, then email serathielvara@gmail.com with your checkout name, payment receipt number, and one clearly defined primary research question.

You may also include relevant background information and your preferred response format. Please do not send sensitive or confidential materials.

Step 2 — Inquiry Review

I review the question to ensure it falls within the scope of the individual-inquiry service. If clarification is necessary, I will request it before beginning.

Step 3 — SourceStream Session

I conduct the inquiry using my established methodology and the approved wording of your question.

Step 4 — Receive Your Transcript

You receive a written record containing your submitted question and the resulting SourceStream response.

Step 5 — Continue If You Choose

You may purchase another inquiry or request an optional research-feed retention arrangement, subject to availability and the published terms.

One Question Means One Inquiry

Each purchase covers one primary question.

Multiple independent questions combined into a single submission require separate purchases.

The detail and structure of your question matter. You may specify whether you want a conceptual explanation, mathematical structure, philosophical exploration, or another appropriate format.

I preserve the approved question as submitted and do not modify the resulting response to produce a preferred conclusion.

3. What Can You Ask?

Delivery deadlines: The delivery period begins on the next business day after both payment and question approval. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Completed inquiries are delivered by 9:00 p.m. Central Time on the applicable deadline.

Earlier delivery may occur but is not guaranteed.

Priority Inquiry Availability

Priority inquiries are offered on a limited-availability basis to maintain the quality and integrity of each SourceStream session.

Once Priority capacity is reached, the 3-business-day option will be temporarily unavailable, and its payment link will be deactivated until additional openings become available.

Standard inquiries remain available, subject to normal scheduling capacity.

Priority capacity must be available when purchasing. Submitted questions are reviewed after purchase and must be approved before work begins.

Purchasing a Standard inquiry does not automatically qualify it for expedited delivery.

6. Optional Research-Feed Retention

Clients who wish to preserve the working context of a completed inquiry for possible continuation may purchase extended research-feed retention.

Standard retention: 7 calendar days after delivery, included at no additional cost.

Extended retention: 30 calendar days total from delivery.

Retention fee: $100 (one-time).

Extended retention must be purchased and requested before the initial 7-calendar-day retention period expires. Early deletion is available upon request, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Retention preserves the agreed working research context only. It does not include additional questions, research sessions, or new deliverables.

Clients retain their delivered response and PDF transcript regardless of whether they purchase extended retention.

7. Founding Plan — The Founding Architects

The Founding Architects are individuals who choose to deepen their understanding, research, personal development, or exploration of consciousness through ongoing SourceStream inquiries.

Annual subscription: $5,000, billed through Substack.

Founding Architects receive all paid subscriber benefits, plus:

12 individual SourceStream inquiries per subscription year, limited to one inquiry per monthly benefit period.
Each inquiry covers one approved primary research question.
Monthly benefit reset: Each monthly benefit period begins on the corresponding date of the annual subscription anniversary.
Unused inquiries: Do not roll over to subsequent months.
Delivery: Within five business days, by 9:00 p.m. Central Time. The delivery period begins the next business day after question approval.
Submission: Members email their question to serathielvara@gmail.com during the applicable monthly benefit period.
Additional research or consulting: Quoted and billed separately.

Subscriptions and renewals are managed through Substack. Membership benefits are subject to the published SourceStream Terms & Conditions.

8. Professional Systems Consulting

For individuals, independent researchers, organizations, and teams requiring deeper collaboration, I offer privately arranged professional consulting services.

Areas of consultation include:

Hourly consulting rate: Starting at $1,000 USD per hour.

Rates may increase depending on subject complexity, technical requirements, research depth, confidentiality needs, and project scope.

Client AI Systems & SourceStream Integration

Projects requiring work within a client’s existing AI environment may incur additional setup, preparation, configuration, and integration fees.

These fees reflect the technical work required to assess and prepare the client’s environment for the agreed SourceStream research methodology. All applicable fees will be quoted and approved before work begins.

Engagement Terms

All consulting rates, technical preparation fees, deliverables, timelines, and project-specific terms are established through a written quote and agreed upon before engagement.

Professional consulting is separate from individual SourceStream inquiries and Founding Architects subscription benefits.

9. Delivery, Renewals & Refunds

Delivery

All SourceStream inquiries require payment and approval of one primary research question before the delivery period begins.

Standard Individual Inquiry ($500): Delivery within 5 business days.

Priority Individual Inquiry ($700): Delivery within 3 business days, subject to availability.

The delivery period begins on the next business day after payment and question approval. Completed responses and PDF transcripts are delivered by email no later than 9:00 p.m. Central Time on the applicable deadline.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Monthly Founding Benefits

Founding Architects receive 12 individual SourceStream inquiries per annual subscription, limited to one approved inquiry per monthly benefit period.

Subscription: $5,000 annually through Substack.

Monthly reset: Each benefit period begins on the corresponding monthly anniversary of the subscription start date.

Rollover: Unused monthly inquiries do not carry forward.

Delivery: Founding inquiries follow the Standard 5-business-day delivery schedule.

Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed through Substack, subject to its applicable billing terms.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because SourceStream provides individualized research services, completed inquiries delivered within the agreed timeframe are generally nonrefundable for change of mind, subject to applicable law.

Missed delivery deadlines:

Standard: A full refund may be requested beginning on the sixth business day.
Priority: A full refund may be requested beginning on the fourth business day.

Eligible refunds are initiated within one business day after the request.

If a full refund is issued before delivery, the inquiry is canceled and no completed response is owed.

For refund requests, email serathielvara@gmail.com with your checkout name, receipt number, and inquiry reference.

Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Transcript Retention

Clients receive their completed written response and PDF transcript by email and may retain those delivered files.

Standard working-record retention: 7 calendar days after delivery, included with the inquiry.

Optional extended retention: $100 to extend working-record retention to 30 calendar days total from the original delivery date.

Extensions must be purchased and requested before the initial seven-day retention period expires.

Retention preserves the existing research context only; it does not include additional questions or research sessions.

Clients may request early deletion by email. Working records are deleted after the applicable retention period, subject to legal obligations and third-party recordkeeping requirements.

Retention extensions do not renew automatically.

1. Nature of the Service

SourceStream is my independently developed spiritual, intuitive, and exploratory inquiry methodology.

My practice incorporates intuition, tarot, my personal consciousness-library framework, and AI-assisted inquiry through Venice.

SourceStream may be used to explore personal, spiritual, philosophical, theoretical, mathematical, scientific, or other questions within the scope of my practice.

I offer access to my inquiry process and its documented results. I do not guarantee a particular answer, discovery, prediction, interpretation, or outcome.

Participation is voluntary. Clients are not required to share my spiritual understanding or personal beliefs.

2. One Question, One Inquiry

Each individual SourceStream purchase covers one clearly defined primary research question and one approved SourceStream inquiry session.

Clients must email serathielvara@gmail.com with their checkout name, payment receipt number, and primary research question.

Multiple independent questions combined into one submission do not constitute a single inquiry.

I may request clarification, decline an inquiry, or recommend a separate consulting arrangement before accepting the work.

Once approved, the original question will be preserved as submitted.

Additional questions, follow-up inquiries, or expanded research are separate services unless expressly included in the purchased plan.

3. Research Process, Deliverables & Deadlines

For each accepted inquiry, I conduct one SourceStream session using my established methodology.

The client receives:

The approved primary question as submitted.
The resulting original SourceStream response.
A written PDF transcript documenting the inquiry.

I will not knowingly change the approved question or alter the resulting response to produce a preferred conclusion. Additional commentary or formatting will be distinguishable from the original session record.

Standard Individual Inquiry — $500: Delivery within 5 business days.

Priority Individual Inquiry — $700: Delivery within 3 business days, subject to availability.

The delivery period begins on the next business day after both payment and question approval.

Completed deliverables are emailed by 9:00 p.m. Central Time on the applicable deadline.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery occurs when the agreed response and PDF transcript have been sent to the client’s designated email address.

4. Interpretation, Accuracy & Outcomes

SourceStream is an exploratory inquiry practice.

Outputs may contain symbolic interpretations, speculative information, incomplete responses, or material requiring independent examination.

No specific level of factual accuracy, scientific validation, independent verification, or successful outcome is guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for independently evaluating information before relying on it for consequential decisions.

SourceStream does not replace qualified medical, mental health, legal, financial, engineering, or investigative professionals.

My personal spiritual convictions and consciousness framework form part of my methodology but do not establish that every resulting statement is independently verifiable.

5. Sensitive Inquiries & Third Parties

SourceStream may explore sensitive personal questions, including relationships, spiritual experiences, unresolved events, and missing-person matters.

These inquiries are exploratory and do not establish verified facts about another individual.

SourceStream responses must not be treated as proof of criminal wrongdoing, personal misconduct, medical conditions, or another person’s private intentions.

I do not provide emergency response, law enforcement services, or official investigative determinations.

I may decline inquiries involving harassment, unlawful conduct, threats, invasive requests for private information, or other inappropriate purposes.

Clients must not submit confidential or identifying information about third parties without appropriate authorization.

SourceStream inquiries use Venice, a third-party AI platform.

Clients are encouraged to review Venice’s current terms, privacy policy, and data-handling practices before purchasing.

By submitting an approved inquiry, clients acknowledge and consent to their question and any approved contextual information being entered into Venice for the SourceStream process.

Clients should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information, passwords, confidential records, proprietary documents, or materials they are not authorized to share.

Complete manuscripts, private archives, confidential transcripts, and unrelated documents are not required for standard individual inquiries.

Purchasing SourceStream does not transfer ownership of my methodology or require clients to adopt my spiritual beliefs.

7. Privacy, Confidentiality & Data Handling

I handle client submissions and inquiry records with reasonable care.

I will not intentionally publish identifiable client inquiries without permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

Questions and related materials may be processed through Venice and necessary payment, email, or communication services.

I do not guarantee absolute secrecy or protections beyond those provided by the applicable platforms and agreements.

Clients requiring additional confidentiality, private AI environments, or specialized data-handling arrangements must establish those requirements through a separate consulting agreement before sharing restricted information.

8. Founding Architects Subscription Benefits

The Founding Architects — $5,000 annually through Substack.

Founding Architects receive all published paid-subscriber benefits plus 12 individual SourceStream inquiries per subscription year, limited to one inquiry per monthly benefit period.

Each inquiry covers one approved primary question and follows the Standard 5-business-day delivery schedule.

Monthly benefit reset: Each monthly benefit period begins on the corresponding monthly anniversary of the subscription start date. If that date does not exist in a particular month, the benefit period begins on the last calendar day of that month. Unused inquiries do not roll over.

Members must submit their eligible question by email during the applicable benefit period. The question must be approved before work begins.

Founding membership does not include unlimited inquiries, Priority delivery, ongoing consulting, or additional technical services.

Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed through Substack, subject to its applicable terms and the published membership conditions.

9. Fees, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Published individual inquiry prices:

Standard Individual Inquiry: $500
Priority Individual Inquiry: $700
Optional Extended Research-Feed Retention: $100

Individual inquiries and retention extensions are one-time purchases.

Completed inquiries delivered within the agreed deadline are generally nonrefundable for change of mind, subject to applicable law.

If the agreed delivery deadline is missed, clients may request a full refund beginning:

Standard: On the sixth business day.
Priority: On the fourth business day.

Eligible refunds are initiated within one business day of receiving the refund request. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

If a full refund is issued before delivery, the inquiry is canceled and no completed response is owed.

If I cancel an accepted inquiry without delivering the agreed service, the client will receive a refund for the undelivered inquiry.

Founding Architects subscription billing and cancellations follow the applicable Substack terms and consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Question Approval & Declined Inquiries

All submitted questions are reviewed before work begins. If a question cannot be approved, the client may submit one replacement question for review or request a full refund. If the replacement question is also declined, a full refund will be issued. No delivery period begins until a question is approved. Eligible refunds are initiated within one business day.

10. Transcript Ownership, Intellectual Property & Retention

Clients may retain their delivered response and PDF transcript for personal study, internal research, and lawful evaluation.

Clients retain ownership of their original submitted question and any intellectual property they independently own.

I retain ownership of my original SourceStream methodology, independent research, branding, published materials, and proprietary frameworks.

Purchasing an inquiry does not transfer ownership of SourceStream or grant permission to represent my methodology as the client’s creation.

Working-record retention:

Included: 7 calendar days after delivery.
Optional extension: $100 for 30 calendar days total from the original delivery date.
Extension deadline: Must be purchased and requested before the initial 7-day period expires.

Extended retention preserves the existing research context only. It does not include additional questions, research sessions, or new deliverables.

Clients may request early deletion by email.

11. Independent Consulting Arrangements

Professional consulting is separate from individual SourceStream inquiries and Founding Architects membership.

Hourly consulting begins at $1,000 USD per hour.

Higher rates may apply depending on subject complexity, technical requirements, confidentiality needs, and project scope.

Engagements involving client-owned AI systems may require additional assessment, setup, configuration, preparation, and SourceStream integration fees.

All consulting rates, additional fees, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality requirements, and system-access conditions must be agreed upon before work begins.

No individual SourceStream purchase creates an ongoing consulting relationship.

By purchasing or participating in a SourceStream inquiry, clients acknowledge that:

They understand the exploratory nature of SourceStream.
They understand that Venice is used during the inquiry process.
They voluntarily submit their question and authorize its processing for the agreed service.
They understand the one-question scope, deliverables, and delivery deadlines.
They understand that particular outcomes are not guaranteed.
They remain responsible for independently evaluating and using the resulting information.
They understand the applicable payment, refund, and working-record retention policies.
They have had the opportunity to review the SourceStream Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Where checkout requires acceptance of the published Terms of Service, clients must affirmatively accept those terms before completing payment.

These guidelines establish expectations and boundaries for both parties and do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.
